Cory Doctorow will speak at the University of California Irvine on Wednesday, June 6, at 3 p.m. He says he'll be "giving a variant on my copyright and trade-policy talk, called 'Happy Meal Toys versus Copyright: How America Chose Hollywood and Wal-Mart'—and why it's doomed us, and how we might survive anyway."
Although the lecture is free, space is limited. Go here for reservation and location information.
A recording of Cory's similar talk on May 21 as part of the Authors@Google series is available on YouTube here.
