Simon's second novel, The Sorcerer's Letterbox, has now sold more 13,000 copies in Canada and was one of the top 10 nominated books for this year's Silver Birch Award in Ontario. The novel was also a finalist in Alberta's Golden Eagle Awards and is short-listed for the Diamond Willow Award in Saskatchewan. His first novel, The Alchemist's Portrait, published in 2003, has also been nominated for awards in Canada and continues to gather great reviews.
