Cory Doctorow novel on final Nebula ballot

Cory Doctorow's novel Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom (Tor) has made the final ballot for the 2004 Nebula Awards. Other finalists in the best-novel cateogry are Paladin of Souls (Eos) by Lois McMaster Bujold, Omega (Ace) by Jack McDevitt, Cloud Atlas: A Novel (Sceptre) by David Mitchell, Perfect Circle (Small Beer Press) by Sean Stewart, and The Knight (Tor) by Gene Wolfe.

The Nebula Awards are voted on, and presented by, active members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, Inc. The Awards will be announced at the 2004 Nebula Awards Banquet to be held at the Allegro Hotel in the heart of Chicago's Loop Theater District on Saturday, April 30.
