E. L. Chen sells story to Tesseracts 9, short comic to Say...

E. L. Chen has sold a short story ("Fin-de-siècle") to Tesseracts 9 and a short comic to Say...have you heard this one? Her fantasy story "Tickling the Siroko's Chin" is currently in Challenging Destiny.
